Sherrie Smyth

As Senior eDiscovery Consultant at JND, Sherrie helps law firms, corporations, and government agencies navigate complex data challenges with clarity and confidence, delivering scalable solutions across litigation, compliance, and investigations. With more than 35 years of experience in the legal and eDiscovery industry, she brings a unique perspective that combines extensive legal experience with deep expertise in eDiscovery solutions.

Before joining JND, Sherrie spent 10 years in a senior eDiscovery sales role, most recently as a Senior Regional Business Development Manager, helping clients navigate complex eDiscovery challenges and develop effective solutions spanning eDiscovery, data recovery, and information governance. Prior to moving into eDiscovery sales, she spent 25 years as a senior paralegal, gaining firsthand experience with litigation, legal processes, and discovery from the client's perspective. That combination gives her a distinctive understanding of both the challenges clients face, and the solutions needed to address them.

Sherrie is also a cancer survivor and a passionate advocate for cancer awareness and research, a journey that has strengthened her commitment to helping others and brings a deep sense of purpose, resilience, and empathy to everything she does.

A native of Miami, Sherrie enjoys boating, the Bahamas, playing tennis, and making the most of her time on the water. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and daughter, who is currently in college, as well as her two Labrador retrievers.
