We appointed Jennifer Keough as CEO, the first and only female CEO in the legal administration field.
We opened nearly 100 matters in our first year alone.
JND was engaged to handle a $100 million securities class action settlement and many others.
We are handling a consumer class action settlement with over 15 million class members.
Jennifer Keough was appointed as the Independent Claims Administrator in a complex home-building product settlement.
Our eDiscovery team is a RelativityOne Certified Partner and currently hosts the largest production environment within the platform.
We have opened seven offices across the country, including our Seattle headquarters and a 150-seat call center.
Our Mass Tort team is currently engaged in a high-profile environmental disaster matter, among others.

Using cutting-edge digital media and traditional tools, we have designed over two dozen notice programs.
We are managing dozens of email notice campaigns, including one case where we will send over 45 million emails.
We are the first company in the legal administration space with a dedicated Government Services line and have already been retained by state and federal government agencies.
Our eDiscovery team was featured in an article by Kcura/Relativity for saving a client $2.5 million.
We have grown our sales team by adding five legal experts with vast industry knowledge.
Currently, our expanding team comprises 100 staff members.
