Mike Persak

As Senior eDiscovery Consultant, Mike helps law firms, corporations, and government agencies streamline electronically stored information (ESI) operations through advanced legal technology, with a focus on efficiency, defensibility, and client-centered service. He brings a consultative approach to every engagement, combining industry expertise, platform fluency, and a passion for innovation to drive successful outcomes.

Mike began his career as an independent financial trader, gaining firsthand experience in how technology transforms industries—just as algorithmic trading reshaped the traditional trading floor. This early exposure to disruption inspired him to pivot into the tech sector, culminating in an MBA from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in Strategy & Management.

After business school, Mike joined Relativity, where—recognized for his client insight and strategic thinking—he was invited to help launch a new initiative serving boutique and midsize law firms. As a founding member of that team, he helped shape Relativity’s partner-first go-to-market strategy, aligning deep product knowledge with top-tier service providers to meet the evolving demands of the eDiscovery landscape. His work helped influence the company’s broader sales strategy across market segments.

Mike holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He also maintains several RelativityOne certifications. Outside of work, Mike is an avid home cook and a lifelong Chicago sports fan.
