Meet The Team

Vice President of Operations Luiggy Segura runs the company’s New York office and oversees all securities class action administration efforts for JND Legal Administration, as well as all Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) matters handled by JND.

Luiggy has been instrumental in helping develop JND’s securities practice and protocols since his hiring in 2017. Some of the major cases that he has overseen personally include the $240 million In re Signet Jewelers Limited Securities Litigation settlement, the $187 million In re Snap Inc. Securities Litigation settlement, the $149 million Equifax Securities Litigation settlement and the $100 million Halliburton Securities Litigation settlement, among many others. Luiggy also managed the distribution of funds for the SEC Robinhood Financial Fair Fund (the “Fair Fund”) to more than 85,000 investors.

Prior to joining JND, Luiggy worked at another large administration firm, where he worked on numerous high-profile securities settlements including the $2.43 billion Bank of America Corp., $590 million Citigroup and $120 million Lehman Brothers Equity/Debt settlements. Since joining JND Luiggy has risen through the ranks quickly, with several promotions, and has proven foundational to the success and expansion of JND’s securities division.

Luiggy Segura received his Bachelor of Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in History, and his Master of Studies in Law (M.S.L.) at Fordham University with a focus on compliance and reducing risk.
