With more than a decade in the legal administration space, Courtney Arndt brings a deep understanding of case operations and complex claims programs to her role as Vice President at JND. Working closely with teams across notice, claims review, quality assurance, technology, and distribution, Courtney is a solutions-oriented leader known for balancing precision with efficiency on high-volume, high-visibility matters.

During her career, Courtney has held leadership roles on national and multidistrict programs spanning consumer, antitrust, and automotive matters, including the $1 billion+ Realtors settlements; the $228.5 million Sutter Health Premium Settlement; the $120 million GM Ignition Switch Economic Settlement; the Mercedes-Benz Emissions Settlements (U.S. and Canada); Porsche Gasoline Emissions Settlement; and the TJX Settlement, among others.

In addition to her case work, Courtney partners with technology and operations stakeholders to refine workflows, strengthen quality-control protocols, and implement reporting frameworks that improve accuracy and transparency for clients and courts alike.

Prior to her career in legal administration, Courtney served as a Rule 9 intern with University Legal Assistance and as a law clerk with The Speidel Law Firm. She is admitted to the Washington bar and earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law, following a B.A., magna cum laude, from Eastern Washington University.
