Vice President – Operations

JND Legal Administration

Vice President of Operations Alex Williams helps oversee and facilitate operations across a variety of teams and functions, including class action claims processing, at JND’s headquarters in Seattle.

Alex has provided legal operations management and litigation support services for more than two decades, holding management and administrative positions at prominent law firms throughout the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, he served as Business Manager at an AmLaw 50 firm in Seattle overseeing practices generating more than $100 million in revenue and spanning a range of practice areas, including mass torts and class actions. His portfolio included law firm operational functions as well as contributions to Fortune 100 client relationship management. Previously, Alex established and led the litigation practice support department at, and managed the paralegals of, a mid-sized regional law firm.

Prior to his administrative roles, as a paralegal, Alex specialized in the execution of large litigations in a range of practice areas. As part of his litigation specialist functions, he frequently contributed directly to trial execution within courtrooms as the evidence presentation specialist occupying the "hot seat." As a result of these engagements, in addition to general trial and litigation capabilities, Alex gained significant experience in toxic and other personal injury torts, intellectual property prosecution and disputes, public policy advocacy, and international trade policy and disputes.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University and his MBA from the City University of Seattle. He is certified in Courtroom Technology by the William & Mary Law School, and served as a National Board Member of the International Practice Management Association (IPMA) for four years.
