Summary of Material Modifications

Morris | Hardwick | Schneider, LLC 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan ("Plan")

Due to the recent amendment of the above-referenced Plan, changes have been made that could affect your rights under the Plan. This Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) describes the recent Plan amendment and how that amendment may affect you. This Summary of Material Modifications overrides any inconsistent information included in the Plan's Summary Plan Description (SPD) or other Plan forms.

TERMINATION OF PLAN

Effective 8/31/2015, the Plan has been amended to terminate. As a terminated plan, no additional contributions or allocations will be made to the Plan as of 8/31/2015. As of the effective date of the termination, you will be 100% vested in any amounts held under the Plan on your behalf. The provisions of the Summary Plan Description describe the provisions of the Plan as adopted and do not give any employee a right to a contribution or allocation with respect to compensation or service earned after 8/30/2015. You will receive additional information regarding your rights to take a distribution from the Plan.
