JND is proud to sponsor the Committee to Support Antitrust Laws (COSAL) 40th Anniversary Celebration. Since 1986, COSAL has championed the enactment, preservation, and enforcement of strong antitrust laws in the United States. It remains the only U.S. organization dedicated to lobbying for robust antitrust laws and effective private enforcement, advocating for the antitrust plaintiffs’ bar before Congress, the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the Judicial Conference, and state legislatures and enforcement authorities.
