JND Legal Administration
As Vice President of Legal Affairs, Stacey brings over 15 years of complex class action and in-house legal experience to JND. Stacey is responsible for providing legal and commercial advice regarding all aspects of JND’s operations. She also provides management oversight on some of JND’s larger cases and manages JND’s day-to-day legal matters, including handling corporate, operational, compliance, employment and administrative matters.
Stacey has spent ten years of her career working in the class action administration field where she has handled a wide range of corporate matters, managed legal teams, directed complex class action consumer cases, developed case administration strategies, performed case audits, and provided legal support to executive management in operational, compliance, and administrative areas. Stacey began her legal career as an associate at Labaton Sucharow where she litigated class action lawsuits involving consumer protection, securities, corporate governance and shareholder rights in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Stacey earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law where she was a research editor for the Hofstra Law Review and received her B.A. from SUNY Geneseo. Stacey is admitted to the Washington State Bar and New York State Bar, and is a member of the King County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and National Association for Women Lawyers.
