As Senior eDiscovery Consultant, Butch Oliver, brings over 15 years of experience in litigation support and eDiscovery. He works closely with law firms, corporations, and government agencies to guide them through every phase of the eDiscovery process, from forensic data collection to processing, AI-assisted and manual review, and final production.

Butch’s extensive knowledge spans leading eDiscovery platforms including Relativity, Reveal, and Nuix, along with a wide range of forensic tools that ensure data is preserved and produced defensibly. His expertise in developing scalable workflows, managing complex document reviews, and implementing Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) solutions allows him to provide clients with efficient, cost-conscious strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Prior to joining JND, Butch held both national and regional leadership roles in the litigation services sector, where he oversaw multi-million-document discovery projects tied to class actions, regulatory investigations, and high-stakes litigation. His reputation for responsiveness, precision, and clear communication has earned him lasting trust across the legal community.

At JND, Butch partners closely with clients to assess challenges early, streamline workflows, and deliver defensible outcomes that align with both case objectives and budget. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Cumberland University and resides in the Nashville area with his family. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Butch enjoys cheering for the Kentucky Wildcats, Nashville Predators, and Tennessee Titans—and when time allows, relaxing on the golf course.
