SEATTLE, August 1, 2017 - Jennifer Keough, chief executive officer and co-founder of JND Legal Administration, has been recognized in the 2017 Women Worth Watching Awards by Profiles in Diversity Journal. After rising through the ranks of her profession, Keough co-founded JND Legal Administration in 2016 and became the first and only female CEO in the legal administration industry. This marks the second time that Keough has been named in this award program.

“We are proud to say that Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2017 Women Worth Watching are truly worth watching,” said Michael Sheehan, editor of Diversity Journal. “They share common values of mentoring, goal-setting, hard work and the willingness to take professional risks. It was rewarding to write about the extraordinary achievements of these wonderful human beings.”

As CEO of JND Legal Administration, Jennifer steers the company on a rapid growth trajectory and oversees its day-to-day operations with her co-founders, Neil Zola and David Isaac. She strives to create an environment at JND where women and men are encouraged to share ideas, work through challenges and support each other to achieve success. A mother of toddler-age twins, she balances her professional and personal life, while also making time to lend support to causes such as Make-A-Wish, Public Justice and Washington Women in Need.

“It’s rewarding to be recognized not only for my professional accomplishments, but also for serving as an example and mentor to other women to inspire them to reach their goals,” Jennifer comments. “I’m grateful to my colleagues, family and friends for supporting me in my professional and personal endeavors that have made this award possible.”

Prior to forming JND, Jennifer was chief operating officer and executive vice president for a large legal administration firm. Previously, Jennifer worked as a class action business analyst at the leading law firm Perkins Coie where she was responsible for managing complex class action settlements and remediation programs, including the selection, retention and supervision of legal administration firms. Jennifer earned her J.D., master’s degree in finance and bachelor’s degree from Seattle University.

In its 16th year, the 2017 Women Worth Watching awards selected 121 leaders from the nonprofit, manufacturing, higher education, health care, legal, professional and government sectors. Profiles in Diversity Journal’s summer issue features profiles of all honorees and is available at http://www.diversityjournal.com.
