On September 8, 2017 (the "Petition Date"), WYNIT Distribution, LLC and six affiliated debtors (together, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case number 17-42726 before the Honorable Kathleen H. Sanberg in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota (the "Bankruptcy Court").

On January 17, 2018, the Debtor's bankruptcy cases converted from a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
