On January 10, 2018, Hobbico, Inc., Estes-Cox Corp., Axial R/C Inc., Great Planes Model Manufacturing, Inc., Revell Inc., Tower Hobbies, Inc., and United Model, Inc. filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On January 26, 2018, ARRMA Durango Ltd. ("ADL") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Together, these cases (collectively, the "Debtors") are jointly administered under case number 18-10055 before the Honorable Kevin Gross in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

On July 11, 2018, the Debtor's bankruptcy cases converted from a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. 

Hobbico, Inc., Estes-Cox Corp., Axial R/C Inc., ARRMA Durango Ltd., Great Planes Model Manufacturing, Inc., Revell Inc., Tower Hobbies, Inc., and United Model, Inc. are seeking to sell or assign substantially all of their assets (the “Assets”).

On March 14, 2018, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”) entered an order (the “Bidding Procedures Order”) approving certain bidding and auction procedures and related schedules and deadlines (“Bidding Procedures”) for the sale of the Assets.

All parties interested in purchasing all or a portion of the Assets (“Bidder”) are invited to submit a bid to the Debtors (“Bid”) in accordance with the terms of the Bidding Procedures Order. Only Bidders who qualify and who have submitted qualifying Bids shall be eligible to participate in the Auction.
