On February 20, 2017, HBT JV, LLC and DK8, LLC (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are administered under case numbers 17-40659 and 17-30621, respectively, and are pending before the Honorable Mark X. Mullin in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
